1. NO COLLECTION OR STORAGE
Beaubot ("the Application") utilizes client-side computer vision technology solely for the purpose of real-time liveness verification. The Application does not collect, capture, purchase, receive through trade, or otherwise obtain any biometric identifier or biometric information (as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act ("BIPA"), 740 ILCS 14/1 et seq., or the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") Article 4(14)).
2. LOCAL-ONLY PROCESSING
All facial analysis and geometry calculations are performed exclusively on your local device (the "Client") within your web browser's memory. No image data, video feed, or facial geometry measurements are transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any external server, cloud infrastructure, or third-party database controlled by Beaubot or its affiliates.
3. EPHEMERAL DATA USE
Any data derived from the camera feed is ephemeral and transient. It exists only in the volatile memory (RAM) of your device for the milliseconds required to calculate a mathematical hash (the "Zero-Knowledge Proof"). Immediately upon the generation of this cryptographic proof, all raw video data and facial measurements are permanently discarded by the Application.
4. ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PROOF
The only data that leaves your device is a Zero-Knowledge Proof (a cryptographic string) which mathematically attests to the fact that a liveness check was passed. This proof contains no biometric data, cannot be reverse-engineered to reconstruct your face, and is not linked to your real-world identity beyond the wallet address you choose to connect.
6. LIMITATIONS & WARRANTIES
Beaubot V1 provides a probabilistic proof of liveness designed to deter automated bot attacks. It does not guarantee unique personhood across multiple wallet addresses (Sybil resistance) and does not guarantee protection against sophisticated injection attacks or deepfakes. The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
